Hi, I’m Elise, the founder of Velise.
I’ve always loved having my nails done, but I never loved everything that came with it — the time, the cost, the tips, broken nails, and constant appointments. I tried press-ons hoping they would be the answer, but most of what I found either didn’t last, felt cheap, broke easily, looked too plastic, or cost almost as much as getting my nails done professionally.
So I started experimenting. I spent years trying different press-ons, glues, primers, prep methods, and application techniques until I figured out what made the biggest difference: the system behind the nail. Velise was created to combine premium, reusable press-on nails with a complete prep, application, removal, and care system designed for better wear and a more elevated experience.
My goal is simple: make beautiful nails more convenient, more accessible, and more affordable without making them feel cheap. I want every girl to be able to have a set of nails she loves without always having to make the appointment, drive to the salon, or spend salon-level prices.
And as Velise grows, I want the brand to grow into something that gives back too. Building a successful business is important to me, but so is using that success to make a positive impact beyond nails.
